Each course builds in flavor, texture, and proof. Each pour tells part of the story. The evening begins with an Oyster Rockefeller canapé paired with a carefully crafted cocktail.  A light spring salad follows alongside 1870 Original Batch, which brings soft oak and smooth balance. Crispy quail arrives with 1897 Bottled in Bond. Structured grain. Firm backbone. The richness deepens with osso buco and the double barreled character of 1910 Old Fine Whisky. Dessert closes the experience with layered angel food cake and the bold intensity of 1920 Prohibition Style.  Guided tasting notes, intentional pacing, and limited seating create an intimate night focused on bourbon heritage and elevated dining.
